Rates & Services
Trip Charge
A trip charge is a standard fee of $95 applied to all bills; unless the service is being performed on a company observed holiday or during overtime hours.
If the service being performed on a company observed holiday or during overtime hours the trip charge will then be billed as port to port.
Standard Rates
Standard rates are applied to services that occur during normal business hours (which are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm)
Standard rates will be billed the normal trip charge, plus $95.00 for every hour of the repair/service, plus parts and materials.
Overtime Rates
Overtime rates are applied to services that occur
Monday-Friday after 4:00 pm or on Saturday or Sunday.
Overtime rates are billed at the rate of time and a half.
Overtime rates will be billed as a port to port trip charge, plus $142.50 for every hour of the repair/service plus the cost of parts and materials.
Holiday Rates
Holiday rates are applied to services that occur on a Holiday observed by the business.
These Holidays include:

Holiday rates are billed at the rate of triple time.
Holiday rates will be billed as a port to port trip charge, plus $285.00 for every hour of the repair/service plus the cost of parts and materials.
Ice Machine Cleanings
Ice machine cleanings are a standard $200 per machine.
This price includes the cleaning and sanitizing of the ice machine only.
If the ice machine is determined to be heavily dirty and takes longer than the standard 2 hours to clean there will be an extra changes incurred.
If the Ice machine bin needs cleaned this will be an additional $20 charge.
These prices do not include the replacement of your water filter if you have a water filter system.
